I have been involved with the day to day operation of the business since its inception. I started caring for the first birds we used on the farm. What a mistake, because now Jerry has me raising and caring for over 4500 pheasants, 1000 Chukars, and 5500 Quail this past season. I even catch them for our guides. When my bird chores are done I work on the paperwork and book the hunts. About the only thing I don't do is guide. (Sh! Don't give Jerry and ideas).

When I am over whelmed my wonderful daughter-in-law Kim helps me out with some of the bird chores.
