I have hunted since the age of
14, my love of upland hunting and pointing dogs
got me where I am today. I started my
first German Shorthair Pointer when I was in my
early twenties. I now have over twenty
years experience as a professional dog trainer
and hunting guide. In 1994 a good friend
by the name of William Otto gave me the
opportunity of a lifetime to be able to open a
shooting preserve. I started training on a
five acre plot and now operate a three hundred
acre track managed for Quail, Pheasant and
Chukar.
I am also an avid deer and turkey hunter in
several other states. I am in the process of
completing the grand slam of turkeys.
I have professional memberships with the
North American Gamebird Association, Mason Dixon
German Shorthaired Club, Eastern Shorthaired
Club, and North American Hunting Club member
approved Outfitter/Guide. I am an NRA
member and the Chairman of the Cumberland
friends of the NRA, which I am particularly fond
of because it helps fund educational firearm
programs for children. |
